Here is a list containing some of the frequently asked questions that we have received through our various channels.

Subscriptions & Payments

Yes, by signing up to the family subscription. Children can either share the same device switching profiles inside the app or you can login to your parent account on multiple devices. You can upgrade at any time by logging into your Fonetti account.

If you aren’t getting the most out of Fonetti, you can cancel your subscription anytime. If you subscribed through our web portal head over to your account overview and press “Cancel your subscription”. If you subscribed through the app store or iTunes, please follow Apples guide for managing your subscriptions.

You can check your subscription details by logging onto your account overview.

If you are subscribed via our website, you can update your payment details from our online portal. If you subscribed through the app, you should update your details via the App Store.

If you subscribed via our website, please go to https://user.fonetti.com, sign in with your Fonetti email address and password, then press the “cancel my subscription” link on the overview page. Your renewal will be set to cancel but you will continue to receive the premium benefits until your usual renewal date.

Subscribing to Fonetti costs just £3.49 per month for a single user and £4.99 for 2-4 users after a free trial.

Fonetti is currently available in the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Spain, United States, Italy


Whilst you can log into your Fonetti account on as many devices as you like, each reader profile can only be active on one device at a time.

Currently our app requires you have an internet connection at all times. We’re working hard to bring our technology offline, make sure you’ve opted in to receive our email updates so we can let you know when reading offline is available.

If you have a family subscription already, just hit the plus button on the profile selection screen you see when opening the app.

Don’t have a family subscription? You can subscribe online which includes a free trial. Just remember to sign in with the same details used to login to the Fonetti app.

Ensure you have selected the “Sign in” option, not the “Create account” inside the app. Also, check that you are entering the same email address and password you used to register on the website.

Fonetti works best on iPads that support iOS 13 which includes any iPad released from 2015 onwards.
